"Staff were very helpful when tour operator issues occurred. At the end of the day they went above and beyond to help us receive an evening meal due to late return I the hotel after the restaurant had closed."

"Very helpful and happy staff. Hot buffet bkft with options of cooked to order. Laundry service, sent out. Since on a pedestrian only street, pick ups require some walking. The bellman came down 2 blocks to help with luggage s we arrived after dark and had trouble locating the hotel. A wonderful stay!"

The night desk, clerk, Katie Loayza especially went out of her way helping us get oxygen and even offering to have a doctor see us if needed, even though she was working alone. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options, view lovely and lots of service right outside the door. "

"This is a lovely Hotel. It is in a great location not far from the main square. It has everything you need including nice little extras like tea and coffee making facilities. The staff are wonderful, polite, efficient, friendly and professional. The breakfast even starts at 06:00 for those with early starts. I would like to thank all the staff at this hotel for the excellent. Highly recommended."
