"Loved the location and the room, the room was really clean, it did have a musty smell but think it just needed airing out and this was being done when we arrived, overall great place and we will be returning again."

"We were checked into the wrong room with only one queen bed for 4 people. Told to use sofa bed. When we asked for more towels there were none so given crappy old pool towels. Housekeeping service not available on 2 of 3 days we stayed. Eventually moved into the correct room. Pool, restaurant etc all being renovated so reduced facilities during stay."

"We didn’t realise until we arrived how big the Reef View Hotel was. We had a lovely, spacious and comfortable room. The bathroom was very large too, with double sinks, a bath and shower. It was really convenient to have the shuttle for the ferry and to the airport. The Reef View was also a stopping point for the Island Shuttle and made getting around really easy. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. It was maybe just a blip but our first lunch in the restaurant wasn’t the best...
