Due to an employee who usually works in laundry having to be moved to cleaning rooms. The person at the front desk made it right and gave us a new room. It was clean and updated. We would stay again ❤️"

"The best and most unique hotel in Elkins, where the options are limited to lower and mid tier chains. They have a popular bar and a good restaurant. The free breakfast buffet could be a lot better. "

"My wife and I were on an extended roadtrip and needed a place for an overnight so we could drive the Scenic Highland Highway to New River Gorge NP the next day and Elkins was the perfect spot . This Hotel too was perfect and we intend to return to Elkins for a longer visit and will definitely stay here! "
