"We got the information that check in was possible until 22.00. When we got there it was all dark and locked up. No one answered the phone on the number on Hotels. Eventually another guest let us in and helped us communicating with a woman who was described as "the owner". Even though we paid for the stay via Hotels she had no clue whatsoever that we had a booking and that it was pre paid. The room was ok, but the pillows and bed minnen were smelly nd not really clean. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area.
