"Good location close to historic downtown staff very nice room was nice and clean "

"The location, the grounds and the lovely Staab House bar were the best things about the stay. Our king bed fireplace room was fine but very small. Plastic cups in the bathroom and paper cups for the a espresso felt a bit like a typical budget hotel, not a luxury resort. There was an industrial motor/humming sound much of the night in our room. On the bright side, we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves on February 1! Every staff person was excellent— friendly and helpful. "

"Expedia messed up my booking. When i arrived the Hotel had no idea about anything we were not in system. Thankfully the lady at desk was finally able to add us by typing the entire reservation in computer..Expedia needs to WAKE UP!!!"

"I've stayed at this property a few times and have had a good experience. It's little dated though not bad for the price. The beds are very comfortable with lots of comfortable pillows Only issue I had this last stay was, I was 2 door's down from renovations that were occurring in the hallway and was woken up abruptly. "The rooms are standard as anywhere else. The bathroom had minor damage but nothing that kept me from using the utilities. The best thing about this hotel is the restaurant/bar (The Social) onsite. The breakfast was the same each day, but it is a hot breakfast. The restaurant does offer a discount for staying there. The hotel has a shuttle but it wasn't always available the times I needed. Overall, it is a good place to stay and be close to downtown Santa Fe. "

"This property was near a Factory Outlet shopping center; this would have been a great deal for anyone looking for that kind of experience. The property was clean; quiet and the continental breakfast was actually pretty good! A quintessential NM breakfast!! I'll stay here again and again whenever I am in the area."
