"Check in was smooth and fast, staff is very helpful and so nice. Beds and pillows were good and had better towels second day. Spa was nice for the price, but didnt get a lot of instructions on how to turn the jets on. Stay was very nice and terrace was great for sunset!"

"Lovely classic style hotel, convenient location for the town of Ronda and great parking facilities on site. Pool area was beautiful but as it was to the front of the hotel it felt cut off from the bar / restaurant area and service was inconsistent when trying to order water / drinks. Room was well sized and equipped but we had a dreadful view of a wall and fire escape. Mentioned this just after checkin and they said fully booked but could move us after first 2 nights but this didn't happen. Bed...

"This is a lovely hotel, and our room was beautiful. We loved Grazalema. Our only critique is that we opted to include dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately, our dinner was limited to 2 choices of entree, neither of which was appealing to us. Also, the breakfast was not as good as other places we stayed in Spain & Portugal. If I were to stay here again, I would not include the dinner. "

"the staff are excellent - so helpful - the hotel is small and immaculately clean - within walking distance of all of the sights and restaurants - they offer a discounted car parking service - car parks all really close to the hotel - the hotel bar offers the best coffee I have drunk for many years."

"Nice enough- large room, lovely private terrace looking out onto the forest( a superior room). Difficult to get to unless you have a car. Dinner was good and the staff friendly and helped with luggage. "
