"Thotel was good in every way. I encountered a small problem: the hotel would be entitled to charge the whole amount up front in the currency stated - this is the case with ALL Expedia bookings and works very well. This hotel, however, does not charge until the end of the stay. The booking confirmation states: balance due at the hotel: 0 (zero). This is confusing and results in conversation whether the room is already paid for or not, as the customer has no easy way of checking. (Call Expedia,...

"One of the great hotels on the planet. The only reason I listed the area around the hotel as a 4 is because they were doing repairs to the streets in front, so it wasn't as pretty. This is the place to go to get truly pampered. The room was gorgeous and the staff were attentive and professional. Great place."

"The room was super spacious..the pillows were huge for hugging!! Except for thd sysined carpet , it was fabulous...the location ideal, right in the middle of the pedestrian street Walk to mny restaurants along the canal.like..to the Thermal spa Maria at reception was very hospital & helpful! Got bottle of free wine!"
