" Will definitely go back. Our room was spacious with three sliding doors onto two big decks. One deck was covered for meals and one open for sun tanning. Clean, great tv channels is always a bonus. Staff very friendly. Complex just gorgeous. Pool was great too. "

"This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. Which was a nice surprise. Parking was effortless with lots of spaces available. Communication with the owner was easy. One more thing to note- they...

"Property was nice, with pool-grills-lawn area, and the view was wonderful - we spotted whales and dolphins multiple times. The lack of HVAC was an issue and the availability of only a single room mobile AC unit (at $15 per day) was not enough for all."

"Property itself was very nice but the unit was older and was in need of some updates and repairs; cupboard doors did not close properly, stains and tears on sectional, ice maker broken on fridge etc… Also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways."
