"It is a great experience. We ENJOYed ourselves as much as any other hotel at the Dead Sea, including the more expensive ones. We particularly liked the spa's salt water pool that is both inside and outside. The food is excellent and has good quality. We loved the automatic towel machines. The downsides were mostly minor. "Overall, the experience was great, with amazing food and a very friendly staff. However, the bed situation was disappointing. After hours of requesting a replacement for the sunken mattress, it was swapped for one that was hard and broken. I ended up sleeping on the sofa for two nights to avoid going through the hassle again. Aside from that, everything else was excellent"

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very nice but needs some repairs in public areas. There was a restroom by the main desk which had a broken faucet. They also need to provide more public restrooms for guests because there were none by the pool and only the one by the main desk. It’s not reasonable to think everyone should walk back to their room to use the bathroom if they are relaxing in the main area. "

"Loved being on the Dead sea beach. Separate woman/men hours for spa pools were an asset.Loved the All inclusive meals and drinks. Fluffy white towels and bathrobes were provided. Beautiful sunrises and sunset views over the Dead Sea. Night manager Sammy was particularly pleasant and efficient. The hotel could use a makeover and extra hygiene in certain spots. Food was ample and tasty but not always the highest quality ."

"Wonderful the breakfast is out of this world. Room with wonderful balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool, rooms clean coldly . Walking distance to the city activities. No beach would be the only down side but I’m not a beach person so doesn’t really matter. No complimentary water and a little skimpy on the toiletries ( two people but only one bottle of each shampoo/conditoner etc) trivial but would be nice to be able to say this place is really spectacular.
