"The ambiance was beautiful. The place was extremely clean and the room/suite was huge. The staff in both the grill and the restaurant were very polite, and meals were served in a timely manner. Was delicious also. My disappointment. I returned the key after our stay and the receptionist did not even ask how way your stay, did you like the facility, can we count on you staying here if you return to the country? Some small talk just to get your feedback or to make sure your were comfortable....

"We went there for the snorkeling and stayed for the people. It was so amazing! The rooms were great, the people were so kind and accommodating, and property is incredible! The food was great! There was a menu of similar food every meal, but then there was the daily menu change. It was perfect for my significant other who stuck with the same meal, while I like to change things up. "An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. "
