When I mentioned that it was a bit cold, they provided an extra heater, which was very thoughtful. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the overall design of the hotel was impressive. I didn’t get her name, positive and friendly brings a smile to your face. Good choice options for breakfast. Facilities clean however the reception area during checkin can be quite busy."

"My stay was perfect for a stopover in Stockholm enroute to Jonokoping. The hotel is directly opposite the Central Station making it easy for travelling to and from. The room was well thought out and extremely comfortable, with everything I needed and would suit for a few days as well as for the overnight.
