"Loved our stay at the Lawns Hotel! Situated walkable to all you need in Lushoto and close by all the trails we wanted to trek up! The pool area is adorable and we truly felt like we were part of the jungle. Would recommend! They also have a refillablle water bottle station (with clean water!) which is sooo much better than the constant water bottles you have to throw away!"

"The location for me was perfect, a little bit outside Leshoto center. You can walk there or find someone to drive you there. It is a quiet place and relatively clean for Tanzanian standards. "Although it was not easy to drive to the resort from Dar es Salaam (especially with our RAV4), our family had a wonderful stay there and is definitely willing to go back there. "Visited in mid September and it was very quiet, only a couple other guests. Very relaxing. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the place is quite safe. It is more of a campgrounds with a few bungalows and a restaurant and small pool, and not really "a resort" as such. But very fairly priced."
