"The Mora Zanzibar is an excellent hotel. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of small issues. First the room cleaning service was mediocre. The additional services are pricey. The staff at the Horizon was amazing which made the stay that more enjoyable. They offer a variety of restaurants but you need to book through the app prior to arriving others you may be out of luck. Overall great stay and I would recommend to family and friends. "

"Loved our stay at the tempo b&b! The staff was amazing, especially the two men that helped us with our bags to the room. The dining room is right on the beach so you can have your breakfast staring out at the ocean. From our studio room, we were on the top floor and had a nearly 360 degree water view and we were right in the middle of the touristy part of town. The only confusing part is that you check in at the main Tempo Hotel - but they help you get your bags to the b&b which is maybe a two...

"This property was clean and offered various dining options. While I did not utilize the restaurants that required reservations, I did use the main dining option (Maisha, I believe). After a few days, I was tired of the food. In my opinion, every buffet should have chicken, and I did not see chicken on every lunch and dinner buffet. "Hotel is situated right in the heart of stone town, close to everything. Felt very safe. The hotel had a boutiquey feel to it. Rooms were lovely, space to hang out and unwind was nice. Good food options if you don’t want to go out"
