"Lovely staff, comfortable room and great stay. The one downside was that there was an electricity outage for 45 minutes making elevator access and room facilities unavailable- it was during the middle one day so possibly less of an issue for most guests, but still surprising to happen at this kind of property. Perhaps it was unusual."

"On 2nd day (12th july) of my stay, the reception staff was rude. I gone around 11pm to check for taxi and he said there in only one taxi is for entire hotel and I asked "how come this is a 3 star hotel with one taxi ?". And then it gone bad. On his look. I don't think he was suitable for desk job. I have been in many hotels including abroad and this was first time I have seen such an idiot on front desk. Its high time when hotel management should look into this."

"The staff is courteous and helpful. The restaurants on site are good. Chef Srinivas is very helpful in explaining the dishes for the breakfast buffet and their service there is excellent "

"It was a pleasure staying at Taj Deccan, Hyderabad. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The impeccable service provided by the staff, delicious dining experience, big and green garden space and extremely warm hospitality make this hotel stand out. A huge shoutout to Mr. Sailesh Rai—his hospitality was nothing short of extraordinary. He was warm, attentive, and really committed to providing the best dining experience at Taj to his guests. His professionalism and genuine care for guests made all the difference and in making our stay truly unforgettable. Gratitude to Mr. Ujjwal Rai at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and efficient. He assisted us with everything we needed, making check-in and our entire stay hassle-free. His professionalism and hospitality was commendable. Looking forward to my next stay. "
