"I did not expect thatcthiscwas not an Americal style hotel. The beds were too low to the floor and mattress was too firm. The room chairs were plastic. No boiling pot, no coffee, no hair dryer, toilet paper was on top of medicine cabinet. No holder. Had to go through my phone to connect to TV."

"The property is unique and definitely caters to the Asian visitors. Beautiful room, spacious. Cons: sewer smell on ground floor near restaurant, front desk told us it would be less expensive to purchase meals through them than at the dining places onsite. This was not true- it was MORE expensive. I told them this at checkout and no offer to make anything right. Pool was nice and view extraordinary."

"The owners were absolutely fantastic! The property has breathtaking sunset views. The property amenities were of 5 Star quality. From the comforters to the towels, even the plumbing fixtures and furniture were magnificent."

"Staff was really kind and friendly. They listen to my stories and accidents during my stay. But it’s a bit far from downtown. Renting a car would be convenient, but there are free shuttle for going to Garapan which was great. Hot shower, toilet are clean. You can see beautiful view from the window. "

"What I like: hotel price rate was reasonable; location is great; casino $10 daily coupon; What I didn't like: Staff customer service; non-friendly like Limited in amenities No ice machine; paid a $1 for a cup of ice from restaurant in hotel; Limited house keeping services; cleaning only M/W/F/SAT; this was not explained when I checked in the hotel; paid $50 cash deposit without receipt given by staff; smoking by guest and staff was allow smoke at door entrance area; outlets was not working...
