"The room was neat and clean. The lounge had a nice place to sit by the fire as well as a good selection of beer and wine at the bar. You can easily walk into town from here. It’s a short walk with a sidewalk the whole way."

"It’s a motor lodge - we had a nice large room overlooking some of the high peaks . Room is large and you can control the heat. Mattress is firm but not overly so. Nice hairdryer and bathroom in general. Very clean. Carpeted (brown probably a good choice!) - might be useful to have a boot tray this time of year. "

We knew we weren't staying long, so didn't want to spend a ton. This is also an excellent location - not far from main street. Would definitely stay again!"

There is a definite musty odor, but it's not too strong and is expected with a building this old. The floors are also quite slanted. I felt like I was walking down hill going from one side of my room into the bathroom. The thing I disliked the most was not having anyone at the front desk.
