"It was my first visiting and I extended my stay an extra day. I was in my own little world. The staff were extremely nice, I ordered room service and got their burger, which was AMAZING. The room was clean and I loved the shower. It was a nice, calming atmosphere. Definitely will be going back. "

"I came to the country inn and suits for my daughters birthday and the staff was wonderful many went out there way to wish her a happy birthday, front desk staff super kind . Breakfast crew was clean and prompt & last the cleaning staff made sure I was stocked with everything I need I only staff at the country inn and suits when I visit my hometown Rochester Ny "

"*Stayed March 2025. The hotel is currently under renovation. I was in a king room with a sofa on the 6th floor. . It was a very large room. The windows went the entire length of the wall. I actually turned the desk to look out as I was working. Not much to look at but it was nice to have lots of light. The room itself is dated but comfortable. The atrium/lobby is very pretty! "Unfortunately, we had to change rooms because the one we checked into had a broken door and a tilted bed. Additionally, we had a noisy neighbour next door who wouldn't stop talking loudly, which was quite annoying for the kids and us. However, the staff were very helpful and changed our room without any questions. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent for a location like this."
