"Great property, right on the beach. Staff was nice. Food was good. The only issue we had was that the time housekeeping showed up was inconsistent. Some days they showed up in the morning, sometimes they showed up late afternoon. Made it difficult to plan our day. 2 out of the 5 nights we were there, housekeeping came late and we asked them to come back in 15min. They seemed annoyed because they wanted to go home. "Hotel is in a good location great rooms and well cleaned daily - aircon is a large old unit which was quite noisy but worked! Staff were good. Lovely pool and pool area - though they played the same angst indie music quite loud on a loop all day! Beach staff were great - very helpful. Set in lovely gardens a few minutes from the beach with shops and restaurants on our doorstep. "

"Pros: Beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Beachfront rooms in buildings 1 and 2 are phenomenal. Great close access to reef right off the beach. Great food we thought. Also we drank tap water with no problems. Happy hour two-for-one is the best deal of the day. Cons: Free Continental breakfast is okay but continental does not include eggs, bacon, pancakes, or waffles, things you would expect in the States. Our room was phenomenal but a building smoke alarm went off four of the seven...

"We had a wonderful experience. The Inn is located within walking distance to the beach, dining, shopping and groceries. Ariel was most helpful with booking tours and arranging transportation. We would highly recommend the Inn at Grace Bay and look forward to returning."
