"Very cozy hotel with parking included which is a real plus if you're travelling around Tuscany by car. Breakfast buffet (also included) was great. Although somewhat in the outskirts of the city, it's just a walk away from the historic center, and it's quite a pleasant walk thru beautiful, cobble stone streets and pathways. Highly recommend it."

"We had a wonderful stay ! Even though our stay was cut short due to delayed incoming flight to florence , we were greeted very nicely by the hotel staff. The hotel itself has beautiful decor - both lobby and the rooms we were offered. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. "We really liked the location, the service, and the restaurant (for dinner). We also didn't over-pay as we were visiting Florence during off-peak period (even though the city was bustling!). We struggled with the slow and tiny elevator as check-in and breakfast were on the 5th/6th floor - although we were 'lucky' our rooms were only one floor up. Although the rooms were quite small and my bathroom was tiny, we didn't spend much time in our rooms. The view of the Ponte Vecchio outside our rooms...
