"Hotel Carlia provided us a comfortable stay for our one night in Uddevalla. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains conveniently shielded us from any of the light during midsummer. The room was clean, though a bit outdated in the bathroom. Plenty of space throughout. It would have been nice to have more climate control as it felt rather hot and humid in the room. "Torreby Slott Rum Fördigs Ateljé och i princip hela slottet för högt pumptryck i värmesystemet vilket ger ett ganska störande, väsande ljud i värmerör och radiatorer. Detta medför oxå ökad energiförbrukning och högt slitage på rör. Annars mkt fint Slott och Stoooort rum, men öronproppar på som vanligt på Hotell.."

"Well in it's day I bet it was a smart hotel,it needs a bit of TLC but it was budget hotel so you don't have high expectations,but I did not expect a broken shower holder, and the shower screen was not on it's rails correctly and black mold ,it was a good bathroom apart from that and the room was ok "

"Great spot, right by the water and in the middle of nature. The hotel has a spa/gym we didn’t use and a sauna (which was amazing). Great staff. If there is one thing that could be improved it would be the breakfast as it was very simple. These are special circumstances but I expected a way better breakfast for the price we paid for the night. "
