"Excellent 5 star hotel on The Palm. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, from the dining staff to the cleaning and concierge staff. Not to mention the security, cleaning and gym staff. Very clean, with a wonderful flower display in the foyer every few days or so. The dining options in the main restaurant were fabulous. We didn't put a single item in our mouths that wasn't scrumptious."

The staff are amazing; from the moment you arrive at the lobby, to check in, at the pool, in the bars, restaurants. Everyone makes you feel welcome and valued. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished and I would recommend picking a palm view room. Ask for it high up too so you can get the best possible views! Cloud 22 is stunning and worth a visit - even at the price it’s worth it, the resort pools are exceptional too. I would 100% recommend to anyone! "
