"Was a pleasure to be back, staff here are the best from reception to cleaning staff. Left hotel and realised i had left clothes behind. A big thanks to cleaning staff for sending my property to lost items. If there is any problem here it’s the windows for City view rooms. It’s well overdue they were cleaned externally."

"The staff are very professional and helpful. Be warned that the sound and traffic noise from Russell Street can be heard from the rooms at the front of the hotel, so if you are a light sleeper, you may need to request a room at the back of the hotel. Highly recommend the rooftop bar! "
