"Stayed here as the last leg of our road trip through europe before bost home. Wanted a relaxing spa hot tub etc. The place looks amazing on way up drive. But the welcome leaves a lot to be desired. The outdoor pool was nice but felt like no one owed it and not sure if we were suposed to be there. The spa was shut so no hot tub. Felt a bit like you should be privileged to be there. "Such an idyllic and beautiful place surrounded by stunning lakes and lush forests. It was truly a beautiful one night stay that I wish could’ve lasted longer. We will surely be back for a longer stay as there was so much that myself and my son (8) wanted to do like paddle boarding, pedal boats and horse riding too! The reception staff very friendky, informative and helpful. Our only complaint was it says 'free parking' but it didnt say its limited availability and the info aftervwe booked stated free parking this needs to be changed on the Hotels information, fortunately it wasn't a problem as there was parking nearby."
