"The hotel is lovely and the staff were very freindly and attentive. The only thing we felt was a small issue was that the bathroom had rather a unpleasant smell of bad drains. I'm certain the staff would have addressed this immediately if we had gotten around to mentioning it, but it wasnt that big a deal in the grand scheme of things. "

"The staff were amazing and certainly added to the stay. Breakfast was great too. I would recommend the hotel consider a thicker mattress topper as that certainly would have helped as you can feel the gap between the beds and the mattress is a very hard one, not used to that and the pillows were very lumpy and not too comfortable either. But apart from that the hotel was lovely. Fantastic location. The staff are the star of the hotel for sure "
