" Overall, the stay was very good. However, I believe the place lacks some basic amenities, such as an oven, a toaster, and a hairdryer. We requested a hairdryer, which was provided the next day, but it was collected again the following day. "Comfortable, clean and very spacious rooms. Excellent for singles or couples. Free bottled water on request. Used the laundry machine and hang to dry (although must bring your own soap). Air conditioner was strong and effective. Would recommend if you want to be outside of the main downtown. "

"The hosts were amazing and friendly. Language was a bit of a barrier but the staff had good grasp of English to have engaging conversations. They were also very accomodating to our needs as well. The rooftop view of the Pyramids is one of the highlights. And the Pyramids are a walking distance too from the lodge if you are into that kind of thing. Otherwise you can get one of the horse drawn carriages Pharaoh style to get there. All in all, solid 5 stars"
