"This is a condo building not a hotel (no on site restaurant, store etc, but you can request daily housekeeping). It is located on top of a steep winding road, very quiet and private, AMAZING views of the bay. They were communicative in advance of our arrival and we could text anytime we needed something. "We enjoyed our stay with many thanks to Leo, Mary and the young fellow who hoisted my bag up and down the stairs. Our suite was clean and spacious, with a gorgeous view of Playa La Ropa and the fireworks on New Year’s Eve! So close to the beach and so many any excellent restaurants. "Our flight was cancelled and we could not rebook for another two days. This was an excellent stay and a great place to be stranded. Lovely breakfast and close to the beach. I was charmed by the old hacienda feel of the building. There are only five rooms, so it felt very uncrowded. "

"Staff — excellent. Food — very good. Location — amazing. But two minor quibbles. 1. Bar closes at 6 — right when I start thinking about a cocktail. There is a space above the reception that is set up like a bar but was never open the two times we stayed there. 2. Rooms are luxurious but there is no glass in the windows/doors so when it is hot (most of the time in Zihuatanejo) you have all the shutters closed for A/C so no view at all.
