The pools could use a little maintenance on things like broken tiles, but appeared overall clean and inviting. Spa staff was great. There is a space above the reception that is set up like a bar but was never open the two times we stayed there. 2. Rooms are luxurious but there is no glass in the windows/doors so when it is hot (most of the time in Zihuatanejo) you have all the shutters closed for A/C so no view at all. "This was my 3rd visit to the property and first since Covid, and the property still holds the same charm and hospitality since my first visit in 2014. The rooms have a lot of space and incredible views from most of them. Staff are so hospitable and the restaurant is great for breakfast, and lunch/drinks by the pool or on the beach. And of course the beautiful landscaping and the Parrots just complete the Old Mexico feel. Can't wait to return again and again!"
