"This is an excellent small hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful with fluent English speakers. They booked excellent car and walking tours for us, and also provided solid advice on restaurants and getting around. The hotel is in a great location, but you’ll need to be able to walk up and down the long flight of stairs—which is pretty typical for Havana. " Una casa súper económica en una ubicación inmejorable, al lado de los lugares más emblemáticos de La Habana. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, tienen espacio de almacenamiento y un baño luminoso. "The landlord and staff were amazing and became my friends. I needed looking after as i was ill and had lost my luggage. They went above and beyond to do what they could and make sure i was ok and provide me with essentials. The casa is amazing too. So don't even think... book this. It's right in the centre of the old town and is a lovely place to stay too. I was sad to leave. "

"ชอบโรงแรมนี้มาก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นสถานที่ ห้องพัก พนักงานต้อนรับอบอุ่นมากๆ นอนห้แงหัวมุม แต่มีข้อเสียคือเสียงรอบข้างดังมากๆ จนนอนไม่ได้ วันหลังเลยใช้ที่ปิดหู ค่อยๆจะปรับตัวได้บ้าง แต่เข้าใจวัฒนธรรม และอยู่ตรงที่ชุมชนพอดี เลย มีเสียงคนและคนขายตลอดเวลาแม้ยามดึก แต่ก็โอเค ค่อยปรับตัวไปในแต่ละวันได้"

Mixed feelings

"It was an okay experience. The hotel is centrally located, a few minutes walk to the waterfront. The building itself is very beautiful. However the room might not be convenient for some travelers as the toilet is located above the bedroom and you need to climb steep steps to get there. WiFi is not free and the signal is not good at all. Robert, the assistant manager (I think) is very helpful and polite. "
