"Great location. Removed away from the walled town but a nice walk to the mail gate! Room was quiet, nice. Front desk staff very helpful. Plenty of parking. One thing a little odd is that the breakfast is still served based on Covid protocols. There is a person who will serve you each item from behind the counter. This includes the coffee/juice. You are not allowed to serve yourself, etc. "

"Beautiful hotel, excellent service and attention to detail. It is located very close to Toledo’s cathedral, so right in the middle of the old walled city. The rooms are beautiful, and the hotel has made an effort to maintain the original character of the buildings that now are the hotel. If you are driving to Toledo you will not be able to park in the hotel, but there are parkings nearby. If you are arriving from the AVE train and take a taxi, the driver will have to leave you about 50 meters...

"We did a family vacation and the apartment was great! They were very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was nice and clean and well equipped. Comfortable too for the usual size of apartments in Toledo. The beds were comfortable and the area seemed safe with lots of things to do. The parking was a little nerve wracking because you get on an elevator with your car, but it’s a plus for Toledo to have parking available. I would recommend renting a small car for Toledo, and Spain in general...
