"The stay was very good - they need more support at reception though as you can only enter using your room key- which is fine unless you have to return to collect luggage post check-out and there is non one at the desk to let you in."

"The apartment hotel is very clean, staff is very helpful and friendly, the amenities are excellent. Special shoutout to Aideen and Simon (reception). There is a wonderful lounge area with a gym and honesty market, as well as free coffee and tea which was great. It is surrounded by modern buildings and the area is very clean, safe, secure without the usual London crowd. We highly recommend!! Would definitely stay again."

"We had a great stay. Lovely clean, quiet apartment with a great internal balcony that gave us beautiful sunset views of the city. Had a few problems with the plumbing which was quickly fixed. Great in person communication and also via WhatsApp. Had to ask for extra toilet roll and dishwasher tabs which were promptly supplied. 5 minute walk to the DLR which we all loved and 8 minutes to Jubilee and Elizabeth lines. Tesco next door to property. Would benefit from a mirror in the bedroom and having...
