We were unable to get the King Suite we booked online and were told this was because the cleaning crew already left and they didn't have any clean and available. We ended up being placed in a regular Queen room. The main reason we booked this hotel was to take our son swimming only to find out that the pool was out of order. It would have been nice to have that information noted at the time I booked the room online!

This was formerly a Hampton Inn. Looks like a recent rebranding. Anyway, the grounds were rough. Hallways look rundown. Indoor pool was closed and we were told after we checked in. Bottles of shampoo and soap in tub were empty. Tub did not drain. Dirty towel was left on back of bathroom door. Hair in tub. Desk attendant was rude and talking about how her former cousin just got shot. Not super welcoming lol. Basically, never again.

When checking in the employee was not at desk, he seemed like he was being bothered since he had said it's almost the end of his shift. Got the keys went to the room found out that the toilet had leaked all in the bathroom. Called front desk, he did ask if we wanted to switch rooms we had said, no. This is going on day 3 of still not getting deposit returned to bank account. I would not stay again

What a surprise. This place was really bad. We had thought about changing hotels, but our schedule was tight, so we stayed the coarse. There was a car in the parking lot without wheels. The carpet was a mess throughout the facility. We basically slept, showered and left.
