"This is truly the nicest hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at in Europe. The service was absolutely incredible - we received a complimentary upgrade for our honeymoon and my husband organized a surprise wine tour in the Tuscan region. The hotel worked directly with the taxi company to coordinate our travel. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was unbelievable.
