"The bedroom was good and spaceous but that was it. The breakfast was extremely disappointing with very limited options, especially on the first morning when only a few other rooms were staying in the hotel, and they did not restock the food or drinks - basically First come, First Serve. We were not advised where to enter the hotel after the reception is closed, and after coming back from Europapark, we found ourselves locked outside with no one to assist us. Only german spoken in the hotel."

"We stayed here for one night in a triple, which looked just like in the pictures. The room was fairly sparse with three twin beds, a tiny table and three stools, and a wardrobe. We came during the off-season when there were very few people in the hotel, so we had our hallway to ourselves. Each hallway is named after a different European country, with the individual rooms named after major cities, which fits into the theme of the European guesthouse. "We loved this place. The room was very spacious and had a kitchen well equipped. The bathroom was also big and we loved the balcony! The breakfast was excellent. "This was the best room of our vacation and it is less than a mile from Europa Park. The room was quite large as it is an apartment with a full kitchen, patio, and had beds for 7 people. A double and a bunkbed in the bedroom plus a double and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a small patio where you immediately notice how meticulously the yard is maintained. It is beautiful. We were so comfortable here, we didn't want to leave. Our host was a wealth of information about Rust, the park,...

"Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."
