"I like its location! My first room didn’t have heat so I had to be moved. Then I needed assistance to turn the water on in the tub, then to activate the shower and finally to turn the water off. This issue should be taken care of and there should be instructions on how to work the tub’s water and shower. It isn’t obvious and requires a lot of muscle to get it to work."

The write up had me thinking this hotel would be right on the lake walk, with a lake view room I paid extra for. "One of the best hotels is have ever stayed in! Everything was squeaky clean and I could tell the staff cared about the facility. The pool and whirlpool were great and very clean. The only thing I wish was better was the sauna, which could only go to 80 degrees. Way too cold for a sauna. Still, the breakfast was amazing and the staff could not have been more accommodating. I would stay there again!"
