"Brilliant location close to Armenian Street, Chew Jetty, 2 shopping malls and Komtar. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Found it easy to get around by Grab and only around 30 minutes away from the airport."

"This was an amazing hotel experience with the historical background of who originally built it. Room was huge. Amenities fine. Nice small pool. High end and casual dining options. Easy walking to historic streets of George Town. Music next door a bit loud one night but it stopped. "

"The hotel was great, the only issue we had was with the air condioning unit. It was very noisy and on full blast all of the time. We tried just turning it off but the room quickly became very hot. We did ask to be shown how to turn it down, but the member of staff said that it was not possible. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable."
