"We enjoyed our stay here although when we arrived we ended driving past it three times before we worked out how to access the parking lot. Once located, the Residenza Del Borgo proved to be a great place to stay, with large room and wonderful breakfast each day. We'd happily stay here again. "

"It has a a bit of a quirky interior, but we really enjoyed our stay at the B&B Hotel in Bergamo. It was a short walk from the train station and we were given a warm welcome on arrival. The breakfasts were great and the location worked out for the areas we were visiting on foot."

"The hotel was good clean and tidy. Staff were great and helpful. BAD POINT though. There is kettle and cups in room but only a teabag on offer. When I asked at reception for some coffee and milk I was told there is a shop across the road that sells it. The hotel don't do it. Every hotel I have ever stayed in round the world with a kettle and cups ALWAYS supply tea, coffee, sugar etc..... To the MANAGER of the hotel.. This is a very simple fix to your hotel operations. "Highly recommended if you’re flying into Milan late or flying out early. It’s close to BGY airport, connected to a shopping mall and overall a pleasant stay. Rooms are a good size, it’s clean and tidy. The staff is also friendly, i appreciate that. "

"Our twin room was lovely and spacious. Beautiful decor. Slightly noisy late at night as we had a city view room overlooking the main street near Piazza Vecchia. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide range of choices available. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. "

"Out nearer the airport but convenient bus connections. But a 24-hour or multi-day ticket and you’re downtown or in the Upper old town in 20 minutes. Very helpful staff. Great communication before arrival and during my stay. "
