"Staff wise, Jia and Ali were lovely. Hotel was lovely though in need of a bit of a touch up. The balcony of the room we stayed in was massive but could have done with sun loungers as a waste of space. Also one of the railing struts was loose and dangerous as a child could push against and fall. Pool was fantastic but loungers were past their best and in need of replacing as too low, falling to bits and mattresses were splitting and fraying. "This is THE BEST hotel I've ever stayed at. I've traveled the world and stayed at beautiful hotels - but this one takes the cake. If your a health minded individual - this place is for you. There's great wave out the front for surfers, daily yoga, a large gym with daily classes offered. Rooms are clean. Staff are incredible. Food is great. Can't wait to go back. "

"The property was brilliantly located only 100m from Komune where i was attending a wedding. Small but great the phased which is pool has a section under cover which is good. Food and drink can also be purchased which is great. The owner kindly help me organise a taxi rather than use their car service which for one person was expensive. My only criticism is there was no water left each day for drinking. Only 2 bottles when you arrived that were not replaced. This is poor as all hotels even the...

"We stayed here at the end of our 2-week Bali/Lombok trip and it was simply wonderful. Beautiful decor, our room was spacious and tastefully furnished, and the staff were really helpful and kind (especially Gede :)). Very peaceful and away from everything else. "The main attraction of the lodge is that it is attached to the Taman Safari Park which showcases an amazing array of indonesian, indian and african wildlife. "Loved my villa with private pool. The room was spacious, only thing missing was a kitchen then would be complete for long term stay. Lived the private pool great to go swimming any time i want. But i did encounter tons of bats flying over pool in last night which scared the life of of me. Needless to say i cut my swim short. "We enjoyed staying at the resort. Our room was in the 3rd floor. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view of the gardens was beautiful. The area of the building our room was in was quiet. We used the pool and the swim up bar. We enjoyed the Saturday night BBQ dinner with the traditional dance/fire dance show. We thought the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants around the property."
