"Hotel room was fine, a little musty, but clean. Decent size rooms considering rooms in Japan are typically small. Helpful service and great location by Roppongi station. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores in walking distance."

"The toilet paper is too thin"

"Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku. Close to stations, restaurants, shopping. Everything is walking distance. Main lobby has all the toiletries you may need. Staff is English speaking which is nice when you get overwhelmed for the day. Very helpful in checking in and when sending luggage to next destination. Only cons if any, bed & pillows were quite stiff...so I know some ppl won't be adapt to that. And room ac and mini fridge weren't as cold as they could be. But definitely would stay here...

"Right across from the Takadanobaba station for the JY like and other metro lines are close by. Theres also a don quoite next door as well as some resturants. But its a little noisy at night because of this location. The rooms were good, small, but compared to other Sotetsus we've been at I like this ones room layouts the best. I felt we had a bit more space to put our luggages and items in comparison to other hotels of this brand. The pillows werent the best, but seem to be standard to this...
