"I tried to work with concierge had two calls and a few emails. There was no follow through. It was a special event stay and I was disappointed. Front desk staff was not much help. No bell hop to assist with taking things to the room."

"It's a good hotel, and we had a good stay, but I was annoyed to find out when we checked in that there would be a $35 per night facility fee, which should have been built into the price... Then one night I saw a cockroach in our room, which wasn't great... Great location though, and we had a good stay overall."

"Our stay was great. This location is awseome - very close to Radio City and walking distance to bothe Central Park and Bryant Park. Of course, lots of shopping and restaurants. The 4 star would have been 5 but the hotel "claimed" they upgraded us when we checked in... to a suite but we would have preferred the 2 beds. Instead we got a pull out couch for the second bed and it was extremely uncomfortable. Other than that, we would definitely come again. "
