"Such a beautiful building inside & out. Staff were helpful & friendly. And while the room we were in is showing signs of age and wear & tear, it was comfortable and generously sized. The restaurant & bar were nice & chill offering a great selection of food & drinks. Highly recommended. "

"I made a quick mid week trip to Bendigo to visit the Frida Kahlo exhibition at the fabulous Bendigo Art Gallery. The Hotel Shamrock offered the best price for my needs and was a very handy short walk nearby. The pre-arrival process was a bit odd a they kept emailing me asking for the same information. "Overall good experience. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location. Well designed. Some work to be done on the pillows and bedding. The pillows are too warm and uncomfortable. The doona is too warm as well. Forces you to crank up AC which then causes noise issues. Overall inconsistent sleep."
