"Very comfortable 3 night stay. Approx 3 blocks from the ocean, 5-7 minute walk. We appreciated the heated pool, beach towels, shampoo and body wash. Grounds are well maintained with tropical plants and aesthetics. Good amount of parking spaces. Recommend bringing your own pillow, coffee & filters, conditioner. Staff not there 24/7 so just plan accordingly and don’t be a diva- they are very kind and accommodating. Great value for the price! "

"We will absolutely be back! We had 3 adults staying here and it was very comfortable. Each room had big widescreens with streaming capabilities. This location is about a block and a half from beach. Your 'view' is the street below with ocean view beyond. We had 1 night in a 3rd floor partial view apartment & 1 night right below. "My son and I found a deal on this property at the last minute for a soccer tournament. We had an ocean front studio unit with a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa. "Fantastic! perfect location, right across from the beach , walking distance to the Avenue. Communication was on point. I asked for a clean towels and within five minutes they were at our door. I would say it’s a property for adults more than children. Or it might’ve been just the time of the year I found it to be many retirees. can’t wait to return "

Nice clean no frills hotel.

"It was a good place to stay, the room was nice had a full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove and microwave oven. Has excersize room but no pool. My only complaint was that the bathroom sink in 423 barely put out any water. Just a trickle not enough to wash up or shave in. The location was not right off Okeechobee Road so it confused my Siri GPS. "
