"We were worried at first because the hotel is quite far from the bay and staff said a taxi is 15 euros; however, it is a nice walk with lots of shops and restaurants along the way and it didn't take more than a half hour. We got a private taxi back for 10 euros. Hotel is brand new, pool is lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Nice staff. Thank you!"

"First time visit to Albania. Wonderful 4 nights. The hotel was close to the port (10to 15 mins but bus or taxi, around 20euros if you get a cab or 100 lek pp on the bus). We were given a stand alone room overlooking the sea and literally 10 yards walk to the beach (pebble). Sea is clear. The breakfast had entry of choices (nothing over fancy but very good and a wide choice). The only issue as with most of Sarande expect steep stairs or driveways down to the hotels. Not a major issue for us, but...
