"The hotel is located at Gran Via avenue, and near to the cathedral, which is convenient to transportation to other tourist locations e.g. Alhambra. The hotel is new but the air condition in our room did not work. We asked the concierge to solve this problem. Initially he said that he was not in charge of this, but later he told us that we had to wait 10 min after turn on the air condition to work. However, it did not work at all. Fortunately, the climate was not hot, otherwise we could not stand...

"First Time I taken the time to review a hotel, however I am making an exception for Shine Albayzin. Excellent customer service. Was greeted by Antonio who made sure I had the location of all the best restaurants, tourist attractions and local shopping. Antonio even recommended us a Flamenco show which was excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is located in the heart of the city, shopping and food. Taxi service is easily accessible, however everything is within walking...
