"We were originally put in the sconomy tower of the hotel based off our reservation. We slept there 1 night and experienced an issue. We brought it up to the attention of the front desk and they moved us into a new room in the main tower. They also provided a little compensation for the inconvenience. This hotel is minutes from Milano Centrale train station and walkable to tourist locations. Very nice staff."

"Nice property. Very convenient for train and bus rides, as well as walking around Milan. We were pretty warm and stuffy in our rooms, and we were told the AC was broken until the next day (which happened to be the day we were checking out). We've stayed at 2 other hotels in Italy that both had wall charger adapters for use (we are from the US), but they kindly directed me to a nearby convenience store to purchase one, as they did not have any to offer at the hotel. That part kind of sucked,...

"Hotel Bernina was a decent hotel, close to the train station. The only thing I would note is that the street noise is a bit much, especially if you want to open the windows at night for some cooler air. But overall, it was a decent hotel. "
