"Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed out chat with her suggestions for dining etc. had a problem with our tv remote and she came right up to help! We would stay there again. We stayed in a La Quinta in Charlotte on the road the night before and it was not as nicely kept and staff not as nice and helpful as Red Roof Inn which surprised me! "
