"Stayed here before an early morning flight and was very impressed. The service was excellent, the hotel itself very beautiful and grounds were stunning to walk around. Very good amenities in the room and also found the on site convenience store very useful to grab anything we needed. Very impressed with our stay. "

"Might want to consider transportation and cost when booking here, depending on your arrival flight time. In my case, i flew from HND to ICN and for whatever reasons, most of the flights departed HND at 200 am ish, and arriving 450 am. By the time you get through immigration and customs, the hotel shuttle is still not running (too early), so i caught a cab... 22,000 wons and 20 minute ride from Terminal 2! Even though this hotel is relatively close to the airport, it seems the road network...

"It is a great place to stay if you need to go to Kintex convention center. I had a little accident (accidentally tripped and fell) in my room, staff was very nice in helping me to get medical help…..One drawback about this hotel is it is kind of far from the city. The metro station at Kintx is still under construction. The closest metro station is about 15 minutes walking."

"When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind to move us immediately to a different floor. Rooms were nice and a good size with a beautiful view of the Han River. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!"

"New shops and eateries in mall attached to the hotel. Craft fair going on on street level. Front desk will call a taxi for you to go shopping and to the airport. Steps away from INSADONG shopping street and restaurants. GS25 convenience 24 hour store on 2 nd floor. Super modern, robotic food machines ir ice cream, pizza and cotton candy. If you have late arrival there are food and beverage options here when everything else is closed. Seemed like sheets are changed daily."

"Very convenient location with subway stations nearby. 15min walk to coex mall which has Hyundai department store, a lot of restaurants and other stores! The hotel was a little bit old (no smart tv) but clean and the staff were kind and helpful! I will stay here again in my next visit. "

"Lovely place, staff helped me out with various questions. Convenience store in lobby was very, well, convenient. Don’t expect much from the gym. Didn’t try the food but there are 1000 great restaurants within walking distance."
