"We enjoyed our stay overall. We were disappointed that the elevators on our floor were not working. We wish we had been told this when we arrived. While this was okay for us, I was saddened to see another guest with a walker on our floor. They should have been told and offered a room on a floor with a working elevator. I am surprised that staying there for three nights was broken the entire time."
