"People were complaining about the construction, but it didn't bother us at all. The location was pretty central to all the activities we did. Lahaina was the longest drive at about 35 minutes. Their pool area is beautiful. The room was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. We did not eat at the restaurant or get to check out the adult pool because we were out on excursions every day. "

"The property and pools were amazing. Pool service was wonderful at both of the pools we used (there were at least 3 pools). We dined at the Kapa Pool Grill and enjoyed the mahi-mahi while watching the sun set. The gym was first class. There is an on-site Lauau that we have gone to several times and highly recommend. The resort is a bit pricy and I was surprised by amount of the daily resort fee of about $140 a day and parking of about $50 a day. I suppose I didn’t read the fine print in Hotels.com. The only issue with the room was that the clock wasn’t risible while in bed. The cord was too short causing the clock to face away from the bed. I couldn’t unplug it to move it to another location because it was plugged in under the head of the bed. While the clock was a little annoying, we really enjoyed our time at the Marriott. "

"The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was large, bright, and clean, as were the grounds and lobby. Not much of a view from our room. It had a moni-fridge but we didnt have a microwave. However, we were only there one night so these wer not an issue. Very convenient to the airport and they provide transportation to and from the airport, if needed."

"We got upgraded to a property across the street at Wailea Ekahi Village. Very happy with the property and want to go back next year. Loved the walking path from neighboring hotel. "

"Visited Hawaii for the first time over the 2024 Christmas holidays. Both my fiancée and I loved this hotel. It was very clean and the new tower was nicely updated. The room was super spacious and still cozy at the same time. The bed was comfortable. The property was not oceanfront but we still had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. The surrounding area was peaceful. The hotel was a short walk across the street to the beach. Check in was smooth, there was free parking, and the hotel had beach chairs and umbrellas for rental. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again."

"Ended up staying at The Fairmont after the other property that I’d booked wouldn’t allow me to change the number of days we were staying (had to change our trip from 7 to 5 nights due to scheduling conflicts) and instead that I cancel and re-book. I chose not to re-book with previously booked property and instead chose The Fairmont. Room was nice, service was good and everyone was friendly and attentive. Very pleased and would recommend "
