"Very spacious for a family stay. Understand is a farm style, but cutlery and crockery are very old rusted and I think not clean and safe to use. Farm style is nice, but the place needs some upgrades and more comfort to suit today's lifestyle. Close to the shopping centre and entertainment. Very nice that it's not in the city centre. Hopefully a more modern environment in a few years time. "

"Great one night stay and location was good. No secure parking but it's a safe neighborhood. Will stay again The only thing I can say is that the person underneath our apartment had a braai outside and when we opened our room window the whole room was flooded with smoke. I would suggest braai at designated area. "

Furnishings in the common areas are attractive but the room was a bit tired and worn looking, though clean and the bed was comfortable with good linens and pillows. The breakfast was also good with a number of options. Overall though, the price was more reflective of the location than the value of the accommodations."

"We absolutely LOVED our stay here! We were celebrating our honeymoon and we had a gorgeous ocean facing balcony, the room came with bathrobes & a mini fridge so we could chill our champagne. The room was fantastic! The staff were so friendly and we happened to be the only guests so it was very private and quiet. The communal kitchen looked lovely. Breakfast was only a few steps away at another building but you could definitely make your own in the kitchen. I highly recommend staying here. "

"Lovely little hidden gem in Jeffrey’s bay. Hosts were friendly and room was neat. I did however book with breakfast and the host chose to only honour it on the first day and thereafter said that there was a mistake with my booking even though I clearly showed her the confirmation that included breakfast. "I arrived at this property after 8pm, said I would like to check in, the lady “gave me a look” confirmed my name and handed me a set of keys and tv remote and directed me to the room. Maybe iv just been spoilt on my recent tour of SA as every other hotel/b&b have been so welcoming. I don’t expect much but some basic information like checkout time/wifi/ breakfast would have been handy. "Amazing views and room. Great breakfast and excellent host, including good recommendations for eating and drinking around town. Location is by the canals, which are very picturesque and there is even a kayak to use on the canals! The walk into the main town is around 20-25 minutes (very safe)."

"The golf lodge was amazing - Views over the 1st tee and 9th green - Rooms and clubhouse were done to a very high standard and Debbie the golf manageress was amazing - she even booked us a meal at a local restaurant which was lovely and the owners came and picked you up and dropped you off.
