"A wonderful new hotel in the centre of Cheltenham. The car park is an added bonus. We loved the layout and the ease of check-in and room access. The only thing stopping this being a 5 star review was the club/pub that backs onto the hotel. The music was so loud that the bed was vibrating with the bass. This is something the hotel has no control over and offer a white noise devise and earplugs but for us it made it a difficult night's sleep. "

"Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although...

"Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

"Very adequate and good value for money. Lovely grounds, quiet and clean. Feels safe with security barrier, and only guests are allowed in. A couple of minor issues we encountered: 1) Communication I sent an email to reception to request late checkout prior to our stay (checkout is at 9am) but didn't get a reply. I forgot to mention during checkin, and reception was shut when we got back after a day out on Saturday (about 9pm). The receptionist said at checkout that the email is not monitored!...

"Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."
