"Beautifully-appointed hotel in the UNESCO World Heritage site of Andrassi ut, surrounded by some spectacular C19th mansions (many of which are embassies). "Arrived at 02:30 in the morning but the lad on 24hr reception was alert, helpful, friendly and got us to our room quickly with no problems. Equally friendly and helpful was the lady on reception the next two days. Breakfast was great and plentiful but the best thing for us overall was the location…a 4 minute e-scooter ride away from the thermal baths one way (I can recommend) and an 8 minute escooter ride away from the city centre the other way! "

"The road outside and some surrounding roads were being re-done so it was very sandy and dusty. Our taxi still managed to drop us right outside though. Great staff, delicious breakfast, fab rooms and good amenities. Nothing was too much trouble. The chocolate fountain at breakfast was definitely a hit!
